Frequently asked questions
How do I measure my foot precisely?
Stand with heel against a wall on a piece of paper. Mark where the longest toe ends. Distance from wall to that mark in mm. Usually 5β10mm larger than the shoes you currently wear.
Why do men's and women's sizes differ?
Foot shape conventions plus labeling history. The same 24cm foot is labeled '24' in men's and '24+1' in women's. International shopping requires the right gender table.
What about kids' sizes?
Children use a separate scale entirely. Same 250mm could be labeled 'Big Kids 6.5'. Check for 'Junior', 'Youth', or 'Big Kids' category on the retailer's site.
